Overbooked. We checked in 5 minutes before our reservation time and waited 25 minutes past our scheduled time before giving up and just going to the bar. Once at the bar, service was great. We ordered our food and drinks and sat there for our evening out.

They claim they did not have my reservation. I'm not sure if that was on the restaurant or the app. The server was unpleasant . Did not stick around to order.

Really enjoyed late lunch/dinner. Made reservations had to wait 15 minutes for a table instead of seating in a booth am handicap and need a table. Everything else was great.

Tried some new items today. The orange chicken had a strong artificial orange flavor and not up to the quality we expected. The tempura left a bitter aftertaste.

The food was excellent and we really enjoyed it. Our server was friendly, prompt, and attentive. We always have a good experience when dining at PF Chang's.

Arrived on time. Waited 30 minutes for our reserved table and left without being seated. It was a busy Sunday but reservation should honored in a timely manner. Good food we dine here often and usually this is not a problem.

This restaurant chain is obviously going through some significant internal changes that are showing up on their menu with favorites of mine that are no longer available like the sea bass, much smaller salmon filet on one of the salads, no more bulgogi steak and other entrees not being like they used to be, ie: meaty comes to mind. And many of the former wait staff are no longer around. All of these changes don't bode well for my future return visits, if any!

It was ok. A lot of confusion at the hostess stand although there were very few people in the restaurant. No greeting, it felt like we were interrupting something more important. Server stretched and never able to ask how our meal was, if we needed anything. Any time we had a request, we had to flag someone down. Wouldn’t go back as there are other restaurants in the area that provide a better experience.
