   I felt the experience could have been better, especially for valentines day. First off our table was still wet from when they had cleared the last seating. We had to ask our server several times to refill our drinks only to be told once that they were making more in the back. I get it, things run out and must be made. But when another server brings the same drink to the table next to you it raises suspicion. And it took at least 10 minutes to get our drinks after that. Food was acceptable but I was disappointed at the presentation. It just seemed it was thrown on the plate and served quickly. We've patronized this particular site in the past, but not recently. It seems to have lost its touch. I hope it was a one off.

   We went on a Sunday with reservations at 4p. We were seated promptly and the restaurant was fairly empty. It did pick up by the time we were leaving. We were given our menus but we had to ask for the menu that was for two or more people so we could order family style. My friend also asked for a cup of hot water which she didn’t accept because the cup was dirty and replaced it with a glass of ice water. The server was nice and pretty prompt but once we received our food he didn’t check if we needed more water. But it may be the case of few servers and he looked quite busy. We did notice a party that asked for a table that was cleaner. Not sure if we felt comfortable about the cleanliness of the restaurant. We ordered the set of chicken lo mein and honey chicken with shrimp dumplings. The dishes were all good, but I think the honey chicken could be more tasty. It was plenty full and therefore it was worth the price and I am glad that I knew about the additional menu because of Yelp.

   Our waiter was great. Food was well below the mark. It was very bland and tasted like the chef just opened boxes from the frozen food section and heated them up. The fried rice had no taste and was mushy. The “lightly battered” chicken should have read “all batter with a sliver of chicken inside”. The quality continues to decline. It’s been a good run, but I will not return to this restaurant chain, not going to waste my money here.

   If I could leave no stars I would. We ordered HOT Oolong Tea and what we got was COLD peach tea. Had to flag down the server and she argued with me and said I was wrong on it all. She took the tea away. We sat for at least 15 minutes with no beverage or food so we got up and left. What in the heck??!!! Never going back and that server needs to be reprimanded. I want to add that before we left we tried to get her attention and she ignored us. This was a birthday dinner gone wrong!! No one should be treated this way.

   We enjoyed the lunch special, which was very reasonable. The food was great and the amount was enough for lunch and to take some home.

    The fried rice was not like the fried rice you think you’re getting from an Asian restaurant. It was nasty!
