Always a great experience from service to food. Close to shopping and has outdoor dining. A local gem.

Food quality seems to have deteriorated... the Tofu has been reduced to tiny fried balls...used to be larger and fewer pieces only lightly fried. The current tofu format is terrible...we are just eating tiny balls of fried dough. I trust the size of the Tofu pieces have been reduced to save money. You can just have fewer pieces as before. The beef in the Mongolian beef dish quality was also mediocre. Finally, we were 4 in our party ...all seniors... and the hostess seated us right in the middle of 4 tables with infants...literally all 4 tables around us. The 2-3year-olds were screaming and shouting... we couldn't hear ourselves. Was a terrible experience. I wanted to change tables, but my wife didn't want to make a scene. We could easily have been seated on the other side of the restaurant. It was an early reservation.... Sorry, but overall, a really unpleasant experience.

The service was weak. Food is Luke warm and has gone downhill ! Need Paul Fleming back to fix this place. Lack of choices and have destroyed a great place and recipes. Not what it once was. The quality of the food is weak and the changes to the recipes have made this place a below average. Your place has destroyed brand loyalty! Very sad! The place use to be awesome! The constant downgrading of the menu and lack of choices is very sad! This use to be the place to enjoy Chinese food! Lost your edge!!!!

The new orange chicken was fantastic. I enjoyed every bite. The prices are very good and reasonable here.

We had a 6:15 reservation and was told they didn't have a table ready. I said we have a reservation? The receptionist said "We have over 200 reservations!" She didn't say i'm sorry we are very crowded and running a bit behind, but she acted like this was my problem....

I have always enjoyed P.F. Chang's but it seems every time I go the menu is changed with less of my favorite dishes being offered..........what's up with that?
