Got 3 orders of sesame chicken and the chicken was overcooked. Hard and tasted like jerky

First of all service was extremely slow and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Then all my food came out just warm so after a few bites it was cold. I tried the new teriyaki beef and most of the beef was tough and chewy and most of the small pineapple cubes were hard as a rock! They hurt my teeth when I tried to eat them! So this was a very disappointing meal!! I did take pictures of some of the tough meat and hard pineapple cubes that I spit out. So I didn’t eat too much!

We've had dinner here several times as a family. This may be our last. The service was horrendous. Honestly saw our waitress a total of 3 times (one of which was bringing our check). Forgot to bring drinks, totally forgot one. Upon asking another server about his missing drink, his response 'I don't know anything about your ice tea." So my son said, 'could you please check on that for me?) This was after waiting for 30 min. The waitress was unattentive, never came around to ask us how our meals were, if we wanted refills or a second glasses of wine. We're fairly easy to please and don't have high expectations to be waited on, but the service was that bad.

Something has definitely changed here - waited 40 minutes for the appetizer and another 40 minutes for the entree. Only 2 servers covering the whole restaurant and only 6 people in the place! Suspect there was just 1 single cook in the kitchen.
