Haven’t been there in a long time and overall impressions are lower. Not as special ac I remember and facilities were a bit worn and old. Service was excellent and food we good, but was disappointed that lettuce wraps were served with Romaine instead of Iceberg lettuce as represented in menu and website photos. So okay but not as special of a place as I remember.

★★★(3 out of 5 stars) Good food and experience overall. The flavors were nice, though the dishes were a bit heavy on salt. Despite this minor issue, we enjoyed our meal.

It had been over 8 years since coming to this particular P. F. Chang's, mainly because back then (2016), they did not take reservations. Now that they are on Open Table, they will be added to our list of favorite "celebration" restaurants. For a busy holiday (New Year's Eve), service was excellent.

Requested a booth, never got one. Instead they tried to put us at another table but it wasn't very good. So we picked out a table in the corner. There crispy honey chicken was awful. We ordered extra chicken and they forgot. When they finally added it, the entrée didn't look or taste good. We had it before and it was delicious. But changed it the entrée. C- experience on New Year's Eve.

Chow mein was not good. I don’t know if it’s changed and my location I went to and worked at years ago closed down. Paint night was fun. Spicy green beans were ok. Brussels were ok. And lettuce wraps were good. Pink lotus drinks were amazing.

Tien was our server and he did an amazing job. He was attentive and always came right on time. The food came out in courses with perfect timing. We’ve been there a few times and he provided the very best service that we’ve ever received. Thanks, Tien!

Love this PF Changs restaurant in Sunnyvale. It is always comfortable (except sometimes cold). Food is always delicious. They have a great bar. Parking is good (some construction going on right now).

Francisco was most excellent in serving us... wished the dessert was better for Stephen's Birthday dinner and the set up was like before when we have had his Birthdays there with fancy placemats and exciting flare and all
