We waited over two hours before we were even brought glasses of water. We were ignored when our water was empty. Two hours in and still no drinks or appetizer. We noticed some people that came after us were getting served drinks and appetizers. When entrees came out, it was missing my side, which an hour later hadn’t made it to the table. We canceled it and left. Still over $100 for two poorly made drinks, some chicken (without my lo mein) and some beef with overcooked fried rice. Not sure the reasons. Seemed like other couples with different servers were moving at a faster, albeit slow pace. Either way, it’s a failure of management and we will not be going back.

My daughter love this place! We try to make it when I’m in Syracuse to visit. The bartender Jaimie always does an amazing job!

The food was amazing as always. My wife’s dish was a little bit spicier than advertised, but it was still very delicious. We even had cheesecake for dessert and it was great.

Waiter was very nice; kitchen was extraordinarily backed up, so service was slow; then food arrived and was really not good - a rarity for the chain. likely a "one off" but will think twice before returning to this location; compounding the mediocrity, there was no substantive apology for the sub-standard service

Everything was great except the hostess kept us waiting for ten minutes. She said she was getting a table ready. When we went into the restaurant to our table there were dozens of empty tables. The restaurant was about 20% full and all tables were clean. Obvious to us she wanted to do something else before seating us. I know that’s trivial, but it’s what we remember.

Food was ok. Came out one at a time and made things uncomfortable with waiting to eat. Service was good.

It is so odd when I grew up there were nice Chinese restaurants with table cloths and incredible food and service. PF. Changs is the only one left to have a dress up Chinese dinner. Thanks for the experience and the food was great as were the cocktails which is another thing Chinese restaurants have let go.
