We had eaten at P.F. Chang's in Illinois and consider it very good. We were eager to try it here in Wichita. We were a little disappointed. We had the Chef's Feast for four. To start, three of us had the Egg Drop Soup and one had the Hot and Sour Soup. The Egg Drop Soup didn't really taste like any that I had ever had before. It was very bland and really tasted like they warmed it from a can. The person who had the Hot and Sour Soup thought it was excellent. The two appetizers we selected were Crab Wontons and Shrimp Dumplings. The table felt these were very good. The Crab Wonton had an odd tasting creamy cheese. It was hard to describe, almost like a farmer's cheese. The spicy plum sauce that was with the wontons was good. The Entrees we picked were Crispy Honey Chicken, Chicken Pad Thai, Mongolian Beef, and Beef Lo Mein. None of us felt they were excellent tasting. The Chicken Pad Thai had hard fried chicken chunks. There are better Chinese restaurants in the area. I don't think we will go back anytime soon.

Server was amazing and the bartender and manager checked on us as well. Very attentive and just a lovely overall experience.

We were told at our reservation time that they didn’t have our name, because their system does not sync with OpenTable, so we would need to wait 20 minutes or go to the bar. This was very frustrating and we did not have time to wait, so we had to sit at the bar and no apology was offered. Don’t be on OpenTable if you can’t even sync with it.

We were here for our anniversary, and we had a great experience. We shared lettuce wraps, Kung Pao with Lo Mein and Honey Shrimp with White Rice, all of which was excellent. We got a free Great Wall of Chocolate for our Anniversary dessert, which was amazing and way too much for us to eat. We brought home a lot of left overs!

I rarely write negative reviews, but this time it totally deserves it. How could P.F. Changs sink to this low level? It was not busy for a Thur night. I have been to this restaurant before, and everything was fine, but this time it was totally unacceptable. To our waiter Lydia - lovely, honey, sweetie, dear, sugar, beautiful, etc – do not ever call your customers who are old enough to be your mother or a grandmother such names. It is totally unprofessional. I ordered California sushi roll, among other dishes – how can you mess it up, right? Well, they did. No cucumber and/or avocado whatsoever. And when I asked to re-make it, I got the same dish back with some sliced cucumbers and avocado on a side – like a salad? I also ordered a sea bass dinner dish to go, which was ½ the size of what my friend ordered at the table. Apparently the expectation is that nobody is going to complain when they open that container at home… And we were charged for fried rice, when the waiter confirmed it comes with the fish. I asked to talk to the manager, who tried to make a small talk, but never said “I am sorry about the quality of food or the service”. Not coming back. All restaurant staff (kitchen, waiters and management) has to be re-trained.

Had a date night here and was seated quickly (on-time with reservation). Food was portioned well, was very surprised to have an appetizer, drinks, entrée and desert - all for under $100. Wait staff was prompt, polite and helpful. Would recommend.

A little wait to be seated but not too bad, service was outstanding, food came out exactly as ordered and on schedule. Everything was hot, fresh and flavorful. We will definitely be back.

Idk what happened in the night of our reservation but the app and the restaurant themself made me confirm my reservation I made through Open Table 3 times. I got texts over the course of two weeks. Confirmed all three times. We get there 10 minutes prior to our reservation for 2 people. The woman at the desk said “IDK what’s going on with my host this evening but we’re running behind 15-20 minutes”. It wouldn’t have been a problem if 1) It didn’t turn into longer than 20 minutes and 2) If 5 other parties BEFORE us were still waiting for their own reservation. No idea what happened but we left before they even got to us. Ridiculous.
