The host didn’t have our reservation and the map didn’t built in to Open Table took us several miles in the wrong direction. However the restaurant itself met my expectations. Good value, good food, good ambience. Nice drink options although the alcoholic ones were very expensive. The banana dessert was amazing to share.

Food is what one would expect, no surprises. Service was hit and miss. Bathrooms were not clean

Food was average, due to holidays their trying to turn over tables quickly and less than impressed with the rather smaller table space compared to locations in Michigan which are double.

Avoid. The soup was cold. Discontinued items were printed on the menu- common items like spring rolls? No steamed tofu available. This is also discontinued I was told. Very confused. Entire experience was sad and disappointing for our holiday get together. Will never return to any location of this chain.

Great food…the Chicken Lettuce Wraps were even better than previous visits. And Ashley’s service was fantastic!

The server was excellent. She was quite attentive and very prompt. However, she did not offer the birthday flair that we saw other people enjoy. The food was excellent but the lighting was harsh and then noise level was quite high.

Hadn’t been in years and I was looking forward to a great dinner out. We tried the 3 course meal menu. It was decent for the money. Good selection of apps, soup/salad, and main entrees to choose from. Service was good too. Wine list had my top 3 daily wines to choose from. Only disappointment was the main reason we went was for a vegetarian dish we ordered every time we went. It’s no longer a menu item. The server was kind enough to ask the kitchen if they could make it, but the answer was no. Didn’t damper on our dinner though as the company, service and food made up for it.

I can honestly say that we are fans of P.F. Chang’s … up until this visit. We were met by a waiter who I don’t think was a nasty guy, but his lack of personality made it come off that way, and that’s not such a big deal except for the fact his service wasn’t great either. The food came rather scattershot, which may have been the kitchen’s fault and not his, but he was very slow to refill drinks, never even asked me if I wanted a second drink from the bar, and was almost seemingly angry when he would take plates away or put them down less than gently. He was slow to bring us a second portion of sauces and drinks, for example, never asked us if we wanted any dessert, and then seemed to disappear when we were ready to get a check, so we actually had to go to the manager and ask for it. My wife got the mandarin salad, which she has ordered and enjoyed many times before, but this time the chicken was tough and needed to be cut with a knife, which they don’t even give you, and even the spicing and lettuce on the salad was not great - not what it used to be. I mentioned the tough chicken to the waiter, and I think he replied something like “Oh. OK”, and that was it. No apology, no referring us to the manager, or any of the normal things that might happen if you had a complaint about the food at a restaurant where you pay good money. And the restaurant was only about half full. I wouldn’t say we’re never gonna go back, but will certainly think twice before we do.

Menu has change. The portion of the entree is very small and seems that they count the amount of beef or shrimp that they put in the Chinese rice or in the pepper stake. Very dissapointed!!!!

Service was horrible. Took almost 15 just to have someone come to the table. Then everything after that was very slow. And the place was not packed
