Sat just around the corner from Balham rail and tube station, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too. They also have an accessible kids’ menu where children can get a meal and a drink for £5.50.

We booked 2 tables- one for our daughter and 4 friends and a separate one on the other side of the restaurant for the rest of the family. They were so good looking after the 12 / 13 year old girls and treating them like young adults. Food was delicious. Service excellent. We all had a great evening.

The service was too quick between the starter and the main. There was no time to talk or digest the food, as if they wanted to get rid of you ASAP. The waiting on the table could have been a lot better, maybe a smile or chat, will not be going back

Great team, service was great and they have an almost 100% gluten free menu! They are very knowledgeable about gluten so felt safe to eat there The restaurant was clean, menu diverse and very good Will definitely recommend!

Great local for super yummy food that’s reasonably priced. Staff are so friendly. Nice variety on the menu also.

First visit here for a while. Service not great; wine was not chilled; waitress was very slow and took for ever to take order; summer rolls were inedible - thick rubbery when rice paper should be super fine and almost transparent - should have taken off bill but didn’t. Pho chicken soup was good but other dishes my friends had were very average.

Great service! Good staff that are friendly. Great food too! Good place to take kids as it’s a friendly atmosphere.
