   Food was excellent. I had booked a table for three - myself and two of my friends dining. We were seated promptly on arrival. Restaurant was quiet then with only a few diners. It did get busier as time went on but the staff remained attentive and friendly. One of my friends and I ordered summer rolls as a starter. They were fresh and delicious. For mains one of us had wok fried noodles, the other two had the classic curry with tofu and vegetables served with broken rice. All three dishes were flavoursome, generously portioned and very filling. We had desserts as well. I had the pandan waffle with vanilla ice cream, one friend had the chocolate waffle/vanilla ice cream and my other friend had raspberry sorbet. All delicious. When in Edinburgh, we will definitely dine there again. Prices for dishes were good with the average main dish around £14. Great staff, great atmosphere, great food. Thank you, Pho!

   Excellent food. A minor mix up with our order was rectified and we carried on with a wonderful meal. Will deffo go again.

   Good choice of vegan food. My crispy spring roll starter with peanut sauce was very tasty and so was the tofu noodles but the tofu was a bit on the salty side for me. Excellent service but it wasn't busy as we had an early lunch. Waiters very polite and friendly.

   Pho is always outstanding and the location at Lothian Road is convenient and welcome. I adore prawn summer rolls and the calamari starter is always top-notch. The Spicy Lychee Margaritas are absolutely amazing. For the main course, I always revert to a classic pho. They are all super tasty. I like the beef and garlic, prawns, spring greens and love 3 mushrooms. Always a winner and the music is always lovely too!

   The food is always consistently good, no matter which branch we visit. It was quite a busy night with the rugby and football on, but I'm glad we were able to book online. Staff are always very friendly and a bonus that all branches are also dog friendly! It's a shame that some of the more popular dishes (like the Chinese leaf) are sometimes out of stock, but it's not the end of the world as other dishes on the menu are also just as good. I highly recommend Pho Lothian Road and will definitely be coming back, not only to this branch but to any of their branches!
