absolutely lovely, fresh and great quality food plenty of options and friendly service a bit pricey otherwise perfect

I booked online and specifically requested a special table in a good area. However, upon arrival, we were directed to a terrible table near the bar, where the noise made it impossible for my husband and me to hear each other. When I asked to change tables, the staff simply said, “No, I can’t, it’s Saturday, and we are fully booked.” Excuse me? We also had a booking! If special requests are not considered, why even offer that option in the system? On top of that, the ambiance was overwhelmingly noisy, making the dining experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, our order took over 30 minutes to arrive—something I’ve never experienced at a restaurant before. Overall, a disappointing visit. Poor service, lack of consideration for customers, and an unreasonably long wait time. Definitely will not return.

Dear Dana, We are terribly sorry for the disappointment. Your booking was assigned to a section that is very poppular for couples, away from bigger parties, in a quieter section of our restaurant. As you have seen our saturday has been incredibly busy, we were not able to move tables about. There were no more tables for 2 available, unless we seat you to a bigger table that has been assigned to a bigger booking, and that would have got us into a backlog with our bookings. Please with future bookings be more specific which area you would like to dine in at, as I previously said, your table has been assigned on purpuse it being a very popular, requested area. First time here, trying out some dishes ahead of a trip to Vietnam. If the local stuff is as good as this I'm looking forward to it

Very accomadating staff, as we had a one year old with us and they looked after us well….food super yummy, staff and service were perfect and a great price, when back in Glasgow we’ll definitely visit again.

Nice setting and friendly staff. Food was delicious but could have been hotter, all the dishes were lukewarm. Value for money and would visit again.

First visit and will definitely be back! I had summer rolls and beef brisket pho and it was delicious. Truly authentic Vietnamese food. Staff were lovely and service quick but not rushed. Looking forward to my next visit.
