   Staff not interested when I cut my leg on broken toilet seat, no apology or anthing. She didn't even respond.. Then, our waiting staff spent most of time chatting to each other rather than attending to clients could never get his attention he was always deep in conversation and then forgetting to bring our drinks until we reminded him after a long wait. We been here many times and this was worst service. However the food is always outstanding

   We felt it was a bit noisy and it was cold, the delivery people kept on leaving the door open

   Excellent service, good food, nice ambiance. Not overly happy to have a 12.5% service charge added, although the option exists to remove it.

   Overall a nice and reasonably priced meal. Pho is my go to restaurant for somewhere that I can generally guarantee a good meal.

   We took family members who'd never been to Pho before but will definitely be coming back soon! We opted for the Xmas set menu - all the food was incredible and impressed the members of our party with dietary requirements, as so much on the menu was open to them. The atmosphere was lively and busy for a Saturday early evening but not overly loud so we could still enjoy our conversation. The staff were all great too - I couldn't fault the evening!

   Fantastic food served in a wonderful restaurant. Staff couldn't be more helpful and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful evening, made my birthday special

   There was a long wait for our drinks , we got our starters before our drinks? When we got to order the main , the beef brisket was dry and seemed like all the natural juices had been washed away ! The broth was watery not even a broth to be honest , the wooden spoons were stayed they need to be replaced with metal not hygienic at all , They was a option to have a soft boiled egg but I got a egg yoke erm no thanks and the broth was no way hot enough to cook it either, it was tasteless and the plate of random herbs didn’t make sense ? Not Vietnamese at all , and when I ask to pay the bill, he walked off then went into the kitchen ? I had to ask another waitress ,we were also at a booth seat and the people behind were banging the back of our seats, I won’t be going again , please improve, lovely place shame
