   Table of 6, we had prebooked for Christmas menu. They sat us without correct menu and table no set or ready. Took an age to serve us (2 hours total) and get the food out. Other tables were sat and served before we got our food. However food was tasty, once received!

   Overall the staff are inattentive. We arrived was told to choose any table ourselves. Followed by us waiting well over 10 mins for someone to approach us. Note the restaurant was fairly quiet too. The staff were busy cleaning table and preparing for next day. Order was taken. We ordered drinks and water. Water never arrived until we ask at the end of our meal. We ask to speak to the manager. Who listen but said nothing. Having said that the food was good. Finally never seen staff wearing large headphones when working the tables in a restaurant 😀.

   Food was nice however no bill just card machine was brought over. We were rushing to get to the cinema and just split the bill and a tip was added on of approx £20 - for 3 people (1 a child!) No receipt given so was unaware until later when bank statements were checked. Totally ruined what would have been a pleasant evening otherwise.

   Hardly anyone there on Saturday night! Must be cos it was fireworks night. Great atmosphere and very relaxed. The Music is brilliant .. always Shazamming in Pho
