   The food was really good. But the service was poor. We asked for a main course salad for two to share as a starter, but despite reminding the staff it didn’t arrive until after the starters were eaten. And then none of the main courses arrived at all. Eventually we reminded the servers that we were still waiting for our meal and following a long discussion with the kitchen staff they were eventually prepared and delivered. We were in the restaurant for over two hours for what should have been a quick meal and received no apology.

   Our waiter was proper gormless we had to keep asking to order first drinks then food after a while when we had our drinks wanted us to order food when we had already ordered won’t be back

   Really enjoyed it. BUT had been asked if it was an occasion. I put it was our Granddaughter’s 13th Birthday. No reference was made of this though. What was the point of asking a reason? Bit disappointed with this.

   Four friends and I visited Pho Oxford yesterday. Me and my boyfriend absolutely love it there (we went the Friday before) and really wanted our friends to try it. The food is seriously outstanding and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I really recommend it for anyone. Just amazing!!

   Pho usually is pretty great however we arrive at 6:30pm on a Saturday night and as it came to the time to order we are told that there is no rice for curries, quite a few dishes missing components and some dishes just not available. On the busiest day of the week you would have thought that there would be a full menu and fully stocked. Pretty embarrassing as I hyped pho up to my partner and we left quite bemused. Only being told once the food was delivered that it was missing parts of the dishes, again very embarrassing.

   Really enjoyed our first time at Pho in Oxford. Lovely food with lots of Vegan and Vegetarian options. The lady who took our order was wonderful! Very informative about the food and great personality. Would definitely eat there again.

    Amazing good, extremely tasty! One of us is allergic to garlic which can be a massive pain and sometimes we get a bit of push back about it, but it wasn’t an issue at all and there was still lots of choice for them. Drinks were lovely. It was very busy with it being Christmas Eve but service was still amazing, especially from Rob the manager! Will definitely be coming again!
