   We were 4 in our party and wanted to try as many dishes as possible. We ordered 5 appetizers and 5 main courses. Each and every dish was exceptional! Amazing flavors, taste and variety. Never seen a combination of Vietnamese and Latin cuisine. The service was very friendly and efficient. From a ambience and decor standpoint I give it a 4 star rating rather than 5 because it’s not a fine dining place. But it’s not meant to be. It had a NY Greenwich Village vibe. Will go back.

   The restaurants deco was great and modern. The greeters when we entered was so welcoming and friendly. Our drinks and food were equally great too and the carrot cake dessert was delicious! Will definitely visit again. The manager and assistant wait staff checked in on us and made us feel valued.

   I finally made it to Phuc Yea for Brunch. And I ask myself why I waited so long to go! It was a fabulous experience! I’ll be back, soon!

   The food was mediocre, the bao buns were not great, they were very oily and had no flavor, the octopus was okay but saturated in oil, the spring rolls had minimal flavor, and the fish for a main was very very good but it was the size of an appetizer.

I’m sorry to hear that some of the dishes didn’t hit the mark for you. Our bao and octopus are two of our most popular items, so we’ll definitely take a closer look at execution to ensure they’re coming out balanced and flavorful. As for portion sizes, we aim to serve dishes designed for sharing, but I get that expectations can vary.    We had a really nice meal. The staff were very helpful. The music was loud and as a result the guest had to speak a little louder, therefore causing us to not hear us or the waitress at time.
