   Amal or Amol (not sure how her name is spelt) helped us out today. We had a large party and she effortlessly took care of everyone’s needs. Food is always amazing. Management is always amazing, and we’ve never had a bad experience

   I had only been to Piatti in the Quarry and had been a while. I had family in town staying closer to the one at the Eilan. It was excellent. I wish I got our waiter’s name because he was an excellent r server. He made suggestions to alter some dishes just a little like bolognese on lasagna instead of marinara. He knew the menu very well and you could tell he wasn’t just I like this to get us to order and move on. Overall, all the food was top notch. The Manager was great too. Highly recommend.

   Overall the experience and food was good. Our waitstaff at times was slow to come by and take a request. We arrived on NYE for dinner at 6 pm. The restaurant was still quiet gearing up for a busy night. Yet while quiet it took a while for the staff to recognize my family was ready to order. My daughter later ordered a second alcohol beverage after dinner. It never came. The waitstaff spent at least 10 minutes chatting/ socializing with a group of three next to us. It was not taking an order or explaining options. WTF is wrong. By the time we finished our dessert we were ready to leave. The drink order was not checked if ready. We just cancelled it. The staff was pleasant and courteous but NYE was not the time to socialize with customers.

   There was an incident at the table next to us where a lady was intoxicated and was yelling and swearing at others at her table. Not Piatti’s fault, but staff was too slow to address it. We also had a reservation for 7:30 on Christmas Eve, and while the restaurant closed at 8pm, we were unable to order dessert. The waitress could have asked us if we wanted to order dessert before the kitchen closed. Great food but horrible experience with the table next to us and mediocre service.

   The restaurant was empty and they gave us a very slow service. Food with little flavor. The cost does not represent the quality of the dishes. The place is very well set.

   The initial service was very slow, perhaps because they were planning a corporate party for later in the evening. The food was good and the service improved. Experience ok but not top notch in terms of hospitality or food.

    Celebrated my birthday and everything was absolutely amazing. Jacob was the sweetest server and very attentive. We will definitely be back!
