We didn’t end up eating here on Valentine’s Day as the menu did not have a lot of options to choose from, and you could not order from the normal menu. We felt that we would have wasted money even just buying one to share. Staff were nice and made effort to arrange a table for our reservation as it was very busy. They were understanding when we said we were going to leave. The ambience was too quiet in there. Not usually a fan of loud music in bars, etc. but our experience was that it felt awkward being there as the other patrons were whispering to each other. The inside of the place looks like an Ikea demo room.

We attended Piattini on Valentine’s Day , and whilst the food was very good ( especially the arancini and prawns ), the service was poor. Like most restaurants, Valentine’s Day is a busy day and Piattini did not have the staff to cope with this. Every time we were served by a waiter/waitress it was because we called them over and got their attention, not them just automatically coming to us. They seemed to be rushing around a lot. However, the food was very good, and staff were extremely friendly, but just need more staff to deal with the busier times.

Very personal and attentive service combined with splendid food! We took a selection of small plates for lunch. Really good and the six plates for two were more than enough. Highly recommended!

Open arriving we were informed that there were a number of dishes unavailable from the menu. One person I n our party was gluten free and we were informed they had no gluten free pizza or pasta available also. We decided to go elsewhere as there didn’t seem many food options. On one plus our cocktails were very nice.

A very quiet wet Thursday evening and an early table booked. Four of us had the 'tapas' style dishes which were brought promptly to our table. A great variety of dishes emerged and the excellent food was complemented by some excellent margaritas! Service was really good and made this a very pleasureable evening all round. We look look forward to returning . Thank you
