   Terrible experience at Piatto on Monday Nov. 25th. Food was awful. Meatballs were raw inside, sauce tasted like water, bread was freezing when served. The burger was disgusting, bacon wasn’t cooked and the whole burger was soaked in mustard like it had been sitting out for a while. The pizza was soggy when it came out, again like it had been sitting out. The only good part was my salad, which fed all 3 of us at the table. I paid an almost $100 bill for salad. Everything else had a couple of bites and couldn’t be eaten. When I told the server that the food was not good he said there was nothing he could do except tell the kitchen. We paid the full bill and left just as hungry as when we arrived. Complete waste of money. Also, it was on our reservation note plus we told the server that there was a birthday at the table. We did not get a dessert for the birthday. However the table next to us also had a birthday and they got a birthday dessert. Very disappointed with the service and food. Terrible experience and terrible birthday supper.

   My husband wanted to go because he wanted an enjoyed last time we went was the lasagna and they change the menu, not lasagna on the menu! Not impressed but the pizza he had was sufficient for him ! I had the Stephanie and the beat salad and it was delicious! Bring back the lasagna !!!!

   This is our go to restaurant for birthday dinners. The food is always delicious and the service is phenomenal! Our server Spencer was the best we’ve had yet!

    A good meal !!! Staff were responsive and helpful . Accommodated our request for a booth . Too rushed !!! The appetizer were barely on the table and the entrees were brought out !! We could have been in and out in an half hour !!! Not what you want for a $100+ meal on a Saturday evening out . Becoming a problem in many restaurants !! Want people in and out !!!
