Good, but not great. Server was slow to deliver our check - which was surprising as there was a line of people waiting to get seated.

The service and ambiance was excellent. I shared a Cesar salad upon recommendation of our server and I'm glad I did, the portion was just enough. The salad was excellent! I did have the eggplant parmesan which was not as good and the portion was huge. I have dinned at Piccola a number of time in the past years and will keep returning.

We were celebrating a family birthday. Two in our party are vegans. We were delighted that our server was very knowledgeable about vegan items. Everyone ordered something different and totally enjoyed their choices. Service was very attentive and well paced.

Service and knowledge of offered dishes second to none. Atmosphere is authentic and leaves no doubt you are in a proper Italian restaurant. Drinks were perfectly prepared and paired nicely with our entrees. We found some unique takes on some classics and were impressed with the quality of everything from the kitchen. We will return sooner than later with friends in tow! Excellent experience!

We were pretty disappointed with out experience. We actually never even made it to dinner. We arrived about 10 mins early for our Valentine's date reservation. We were quickly seated which actually was a positive. However the location of our table (marked with a number 71) was behind a booth type seat of another table which became an issue as our time wore on. We were given menus and water. And that's where everything went South. For about 10 minutes we sat there and not once did a waitress come and say hello or even acknowledge we were there. After a few more minutes a large party was seated at the table with the booth seat we were backed up against. As they sat our entire table shook as they moved into the booth seat and to the right we now had a view of the back of other people's heads less than a foot from our faces. By this point 15-20 mins had gone by and we still had not seen our waitress, we opted to leave. We stopped and told the host we are leaving. We ended up at another downtown restaurant and had a positive experience.
