   Wonderful Dining Experience at Piccolino We had an amazing meal at Piccolino. Two of us ordered the tagliatelle with salmon, which was absolutely delicious. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his risotto with smoked haddock, and our friend had a gluten-free pasta dish (though I can’t recall which one) that she also loved. Every main course was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. For starters, we shared garlic bread, olives, bruschetta, and arancini — all of which were delightful. To finish, we had the gelato and the panettone bread and butter pudding. The pudding was especially impressive, being both light and flavorful. The service was outstanding, thanks to our lovely server with long hair and glasses. Her warm and friendly personality really made our evening special. Apologies, we can’t remember her name, but she truly enhanced our experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was perfect, making it an all-around excellent experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

   This place is an absolute find. Beautiful food with amazing service. My only niggle is that it’s just a little too dark and most people seemed to be using their phones to read the menu! I like to be able to see what I’m eating too. I understand it’s about to close for 3 weeks for a complete refurb so I’ll definitely be going back there again soon once it’s reopens. Go there, you won’t be disappointed.

   It was an absolutely amazing day. Every staff member was fantastic, they even sang happy birthday to me and gave me a cake as well on the house. The food was extremely high quality, and I loved every bit of it. The drinks were lush and the vibe was absolutely beautiful. The location is such a wonderful place and you wouldn't even think it was in that city when you go to it. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to relax, enjoy and have such a lush meal.

   Despite having a booking, 5 groups of “members” were let in front of me. Terrible customer service on the front desk and highly unprofessional front of house, throwing rubbish around whilst people are talking and waiting to be seated. Understaffed… so why accept my booking? Waited 30 minutes then left.

   Rapido I explained to the waiting staff that we were running late for a concert and that we would appreciate it if they could help with the service. They duly turned the courses round with speed and precision. Food was excellent, service outstanding. all helped to kick the evening off with great satisfaction. Intend to visit again and ensure we have ample time to fully enjoy the Piccolino experience.
