After waiting for 2 hours our food got cold to our table. The waitress provided the worst service ever. We order sangria and appetizers and was never brought to us.

Food was cold, I get the service wasn't at a 100% because of the day, my risotto had no flavor, actually tasted like water rice is that makes sense. Dessert was good but packaging was not up to standard. I guess the worst part was the long time it took ti serve and that all my food was cold

I recognize that I went on valentines day and they were probably very rushed and at full capacity, but the main dishes was just bad. I ordered the salmon risotto and it was completely flavorless. The risotto had absolutely no flavor at all, yet ONE HALF of the salmon fillet was flavorless. Half way into eating the salmon I taste literal chunks of salt underneath it. It suddenly was completely OVER seasoned with salt, so much that it became UN EATABLE. My partner order the carbonara pasta with shrimp. The pasta was also flavorless, yet the shrimps slightly over seasoned and tasted somewhat bitter. The pasta was clumped up in various places. Balls of clumped up pasta were mistaken by my partner as pieces of chicken covered in sauces. We both returned our food un finished and left. On the other hand, the service was good considering the occasion. Waiting staff and runners were very attentive and helpful. The ambiance and decor were beautiful and live music was really good. The place had a really romantic feel to it. But the food was just NOT good.

Amazing food! Tried the rissotto de chorizo and it was amazing. Only gripe is that service was a little hit slow. Otherwise, great experience, great ambience and amazing food

First time diners. I reserved a table for my wife and me for a romantic Valentine's day dinner. We arrived promptly at our reservation time of 6:00 pm and the place was absolutely packed...but our table was waiting and we were seated immediately. We waited about fifteen minutes for the waitress to ask us if we wanted anything to drink and to take our order for appetizers, but the place was so dark we couldn't read the menus. At our request a lamp was placed on the table. The waitress sternly advised us that our dining was subject to a two hour limit. Given the day that was, the limit was tolerable, but the sternness with which the order was given was not necessary. We ordered wine and appetizer which didn't appear for half an hour, but given the day, the time and the dinner rush, we decided we should cut them some slack. The arancini were divine, and the cream of potato soup was delicious, but---it was advertised as having chunks of lobster, and after an intensive search, not a morsel of lobster was found. Oh well... Our main dishes--veal ravioli for her and fettuccini with seafood for me--were heavenly. They were delivered to our table at the one hour mark. The pasta is made in house and it shows. For dessert we had tiramisu, which was light and creamy, delicious. Valet parking was attentive and the service was a little slow but because of Valentine's day we'll give them a break. The prices were $$$ but the food was worth it. We'll probably go back...for lunch.

La comida estuvo extraordinaria. Necesitan un poco de organización al atender las mesas. Nunca tuve un mesero asignado y me preguntaban lo mismo varios meseros distintos. Aunque tengo que decir que fueron amables y complacientes.

I visited Piccolino Cucina Italiana for a dinner date on February 8, 2025, expecting a pleasant evening, only to leave feeling deceived by an unfortunate bait-and-switch tactic orchestrated by our server. When placing my order, I requested a specific wine priced at $40+, to which the server responded, "Let me validate if it is available." A few minutes later, she returned, looked at the menu, pointed at the exact wine I had ordered, and mumbled something indistinct before affirming the selection. Trusting her, I assumed she had brought the correct bottle. However, when the check arrived, I discovered that the bottle she had actually served was priced at $110 - nearly triple the cost of what I had ordered. At no point was I informed of this switch, nor was I presented with the bottle for verification before it was poured. While I take responsibility for not inspecting the bottle myself, it is evident that the deception was intentional, premeditated, and executed with alarming subtlety. Beyond this glaring issue, the restaurant itself was entirely average—nothing about the ambiance, food, or service justified the premium price tag of an experience tainted by dishonesty. This is not about the price; it is about trust. A restaurant should never leave its guests questioning whether they were deliberately misled. For this reason, I will not be returning and would caution future patrons to be exceedingly vigilant. A disappointing experience, to say the least.
