I have been to this Pie Tap location on many occasions with groups and have always had a great experience...until this evening. First, my reservation was for 8 and I was seated at a table for 6. Only when I brought it to the attention of the hostess, was it corrected but with an odd set up, ok fine. We waited until everyone arrived to order to make it easier on Sara our waitress. Unfortunately, the wrong pizza was delivered to a person in my party and a new one had to be made. Everyone else was still eating and we were told it would be 5 minutes, no problem. 20 minutes later, still no pizza or Sara for that matter. I then asked for a manager and the pizza arrived 5 minutes later. By this time, 30 minutes had passed and everyone else was done eating. The next time we saw Sara, she never addressed that the pizza had been delivered, asked if everything was ok, or apologized for the extended delay and mishap. If all this wasn't bad enough, we were all handed checks including the person with the mishandled order with a 20% gratuity charge due to party size, which I never was charged for before. I had to ask for the manager to comp this person's bill which I should not have had to do. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this location. I do not appreciate how badly this situation was handled this evening. Mistakes happen, but they need to be handled, not ignored line it was this evening. Do better.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Love the meatballs and pasta. Server was personable and attentive. Enjoyed celebrating friend’s birthday! Yummy desert was pro I used to help celebrate. Enjoyable experience!

We love the Ceasar Salad, Chicken Lollipops, and gluten friendly Veggie Pizza. But the main reason we come back again and again is simply… OUR WONDERFUL MANAGER, TRACY!!! She make us feel so welcome and special. PT PLANO IS OUR NEIGHBORHOOD GO TO PLACE twice a week!!! They do things RIGHT!!!

Service wasn’t on point tonight. This isn’t the normal for PIe Tap. They have excellent food and drinks. We won’t let one server’s bad night keep us from Pie Tap!

There was a little bit of a wait to get seated. We sat on the enclosed patio. The sever was prompt and we ordered food and drinks all at once. Crispy chicken chop salad was very good and the prosciutto pizza is my favorite. I have visited Pie Tap in Addison, Frisco, and Plano and it is always been very good and any time I have taken someone for their first time they enjoy the food and cocktails.

We dined for a business dinner. The table and staff were really nice. A very cool atmosphere. Nice for casual or business. Food was delicious. We ordered various pizzas for the table. The dough is thin and crispy. Amazing! Nice cocktails too.

Received appetizer knots after they sat in the window for a while. Didn’t come out Hot since a few staff members walked by them and our server finally brought them out. Was not impressed with the experience for what I paid. Lots of other restaurants in the area I could go and have a better experience for the money.
