For over four decades, our restaurant has been the go-to spot for fine dining, stunning Manatee River views, and a modern and classic menu that will leave a lasting impression. Our first brunch here, busier than usual due to high season. Parking was very tight, ended up doing valet which was a very good service. The location and atmosphere are always great. The food quality was not that great. The Reuben sandwich had more bread than anything else and the side Caesar was extremely small. The waitress was great, but the hostesses barely acknowledged us. I should have had the eggs !!!

As usual, Sunday brunch riverside was great. Even saw a dolphin glide by! Was busy at 11am and our waitress seemed overwhelmed with orders, serving, checks and coffee refills. While I can sit back and enjoy the river breezes and scenery. Others might not be so patient.

Our server Karen was completely ignoring us for 20+ minutes at a time. Didn’t bring bread until the third time we asked after ordering our dinners. It was two guests birthdays and she treated every other table around us with more attention and time. Sushi was AWFUL for $17 roll. Scallops looked like they just got thawed out from being frozen. Service was so so slow. Very disappointed.

We had a great dinner traveling all the way from New Jersey. This is the third time we’ve been to this restaurant and every time has been better than the next.

This is our 3rd time there … love the atmosphere and service is always great. Food this time was average … they have an extensive menu … which is nice bc it appeals to so many. But I think it’s best to stick to the basics. If we go again we will only get basic items (Jambalaya was bad… weird smoky flavor and grouper al limone was just ok)

Every dish was excellent. The service was amazing. Valet parking was easy. I highly recommend!
