Set on a man made island, facing the pearly white sand beaches of the west coast of Barbados, The Port St. Charles Yacht Club is like no where else on earth. This unique storybook setting has to be experienced to be truly appreciated! It has been aptly nicknamed by many of our guests as "simply paradise”.

Pier One located at Port St Charles boosts a full service bar and restaurant offering a wide range of international cuisine prepared by our world class chef. We offer lunch, dinner and bar service in an open air setting with friendly service and a panoramic view of the Port St Charles beach along the West Coast and yachts at berth. Deck loungers are provided for sunning and a staircase to the ocean

                                    Although Pier One is a bit pricey, it is worth every dollar spent. Wait staff and management are wonderful. Restaurant has beautiful ambiance. And the food is absolutely delicious!! It’s definitely a wonderful treat!!

                                    We have eaten there many times and on this occasion it was disappointing; the service was slow, and was extremely noisy with screaming young children and the pool was not tempting due to this so we left after our meal. Some of the staff were lovely and I was paid a lovely compliment by one young lady but some staff also seemed quite insincere. My husband had the steak sandwich which was quite fatty. We would return but not on this holiday and hope next time it has improved and the entire experience once again feels more special.

                                    Breakfast was truly wonderful. The stunning view and the warm surroundings created such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was to our liking. I genuinely appreciated their kindness and care; it made the experience even more special😊😊

                                    The dinner was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Ambiance—you can’t beat. I just wish our waitress was a bit more friendly, welcoming and engaging, especially at the price point of the plate. I can only imagine the frustration of a chef/owner of a restaurant who wants to showcase their art—only to have it become lackluster because of front end staff. I would highly recommend Pier One for the food and ambiance and value, just be prepared for so-so service.

                                    A truly beautiful spot and a wonderful way to spend a day in Barbados. Staff were friendly and courteous, and the food and drinks were of a high standard. The swim-up bar is a nice touch, as are the steps down into the sea.
