Since, 1982 Piero’s Italian Cuisine has been a Las Vegas staple restaurant with an old-school feel reminiscent of 1980s luxury. Our menu features authentic Italian food, market fresh seafood, premium steaks, and one of the largest wine selections in Las Vegas.

Piero’s is a free standing building conveniently located across the street from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. We have eight (8) beautifully designed rooms to accommodate most dining preferences. Whether it is a table for two, a banquet, or a private dining experience our award winning staff will help make your meal at Piero's the most enjoyable.

No one seems to be in charge of dining room. Our table was never touched. Host staff was not welcoming. Valets in tshirts not consistent with service expected. $20 Negroni garnished with chunk of orange (out of 3 call brands of gin requested), charged $27 for oysters we didn’t get. Our table mates ordered oysters as well and we were told they ate ours. Garbage Caesar aptyly named. Osso Bucco woefully underseasoned and tough as rope and barely warm. Fettuccine on the plate was swimming in watery tomato. Staff cleared my Dover sole without asking if I was finished and there was still half on the plate, was planning to take home. not sure what our other table mates experiences were. We are in the industry so this is not a complaint. These are just honest observations. This is our second try at Pieros and wont recommend. We much prefer Ferraros.

Our 3rd time in Vegas enjoying Pieros … off beaten path of strip … excellent quality food … lots of history … great service … great ambience and vibe. We will visit every time we go to Vegas. And we are from Dallas which is an amazing foodie city. Highly recommend Piero’s … it is a special place!!! Thank you for making our experience awesome over the years ❤️

The food and service were great. Definitely get the Osso Buco. Fantastic. The Chilean Sea Bass was the largest cut I’ve ever seen and delicious. Shrimp cocktail is wonderful and martinis are shaken at the table.
