   We wanted to give this restaurant another chance, but unfortunately our experience was not much better than the last time.. the service staff was pleasant. the music playing was not very enjoyable for a nice dinner.. The margarita was not very good.. very sour. We were offered no bread for the table.. my dinner was fettuccine with chicken.. at this price point of $30.. I expect more than “boxed pasta” and “Alfredo” sauce that was no better than a bottled sauce.. my plate of the same pasta at Olive Garden was more favorable, and you get “all you can eat fresh salad and breadsticks.. “..this plate had no garnish, or anything to make it special.. my dinner partner had the same opinion of her fettuccine and seafood plate.. I am just saying, at this high of a price point per dinner with no side dish , I expected a little more..I thought it was odd that the server, hostess, or anyone asked us how our meal was.. we left disappointed, and not willing to recommend this restaurant.

   Dinner was our first experience at Pietro’s. The menu was varied, and each of our party of 5 ordered a different entree. We started with mussels and caprese appetizers. The mussels were perfectly cooked in a cream sauce and the caprese salad was beautifully presented. I ordered the halibut.others ordered chicken and beef. Entrees we reserved with baby red potatoes and asparagus. We shared chocolate lava cake and crème brûlée for dessert. Our meal was finished with complementary limoncello. Our server was friendly, efficient and attentive. We will definitely e repeat customers.

   Pietro’s was a very pleasant experience! They were understaffed for sure and we had to wait a bit on food and drink, but they were very friendly, accommodating and acknowledged the longer wait times. Food and drink were wonderful and we loved the ambience and music. Definitely recommend!

   We had a party of 11 and they accommodated us amazingly. Food was tasty and served hot. We will be back! 👍🏻

   We had not been to this restaurant for about 3 years , now under new owners , ambiance , service and food was all good . Wine prices were very reasonable . we will definitely be going back .

    Pietro's is a small upscale Italian restaurant in Fountain Hills, which recently opened under new management. When my husband and I returned for the winter season, Pietro's was on the top of our list. We were not disappointed -- great atmosphere, delightful staff and a new menu. We started with the Shrimp Skewer appetizer which was perfect to share ... delicious. Next, we both ordered a salad - Caesar for me and the Wedge for my husband. Both were prepared with fresh ingredients and were wonderful. Entrees did not disappoint either - I ordered my favorite Italian dish - Pollo Al Marsalla, and my husband selected Crab Alfredo Fettucine, a selection he has never tried before. We both enjoyed our meals but saved room for dessert - Creme Brule. A perfect finish to a totally wonderful dining experience. Great wine selection too. It is nice to be able to have dinner with family where you can actually have a conversation.
