   Our last meal at PIKO was fabulous. Met with a smile by the young lady host. Always felt so comfortable and at ease while dining here. The waiter was exceptional!! He was very busy, but kept his friendly demeanour and looked after us well. Did not wait long for food service and it was delicious. Seafood chowder, baby back ribs, chicken wings, braised Korean beef, baby romaine salad, and coconut ice cream to top off the night. Thank you soooo much for an incredible holiday. PS: the coffee bar is amazing too…chia parfaits and GREAT breakfasts! :)

   Making reservation for our group of eight, has been great. PIKO has been so accommodating. As we’ve dined here before, getting to know staff has been fun. They are the best. Our server Tracy has been wonderful.

   Arrived at 7:30. Drinks prompt. Two appetizers took over an hour to arrive. The waiter told us the third, ribs, were sold out when other apps finally arrived! Wound up asking about a burger we saw go by, not on menu, turned out was on a kids menu. That took another 15 min. The mgr comped us another two drinks at end but by then it had been two hours and we didn’t want the drinks anyway. We were here in 2022 with a different menu and mgr and the food was very good. Now we will go outside of the resort for dinner. Lots of better places in Keahou and Kona but less convenient.

   Our food finally arrived an hour and 20 minutes after our reservation time. The ahi steak was half overcooked and half undercooked. No bread is served during the long wait for food and appetizers came out with the meals. A disappointment for sure.

   This is the only restaurant at the Outrigger Kona Resort. We were there over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so it was the only option we had since we didn't have a car. They served buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner on those days and the food was ok, but it was very pricey. Around $100 per person for brunch. We went in for dinner another night and ordered off the menu. A couple items I wanted were out of stock. But the items they did have were very good. You are paying resort prices, so expect that. The service was very good. Just make sure you have a reservation, or they will look at you funny.

   Worst food I had during my trip for the price. The Ahi Sashimi... I dont understand the dish. Tomato on raw ahi tuna, WTF, did not taste like the description at all! That dish fell completely flat. I had the roasted Puna chicken, and it was like the chicken was not even marinated, for the price there should be more bold flavors there. Service was great but could not be more disappointed with the food

   We were the first to arrive, our reservation was for 5:45. We received our drinks, then waited one hour for our appetizers, (which required no cooking or prep). By the time we received our main course, it was after 7:30. There wasn't anything on the menu for a Vegetarian, so settled for the Chicken Chopped Salad with the chicken on the side. Very high priced for so little.

    Server was awesome. We ordered a bunch of apps which all were amazing. Originally thought the restaurant was where the old Rays on the Bay was, but instead was in the middle court area on the lower level.
