service was horrible. our waitress either had too many tables or completely forgot us. my wine never showed up. it took a bit to get our order ij and our apps came out right away. the rib app was great. my mixed salad very mediocre. the other apps at the table good. between the apps and dinner we waited a bit. after dinner we sat again. my medium salmon was a bit over done but still good. our waitress had been informed we were celebrating a birthday. after two hours she asked if we wanted dessert and even though we did (and at this point did not expect a candle because I knew she did not remember the birthday) we had to decline as our meter was running out, the ambiance is beautiful and we have had great meals there. last night the biggest issue was with the waitress, I will however return for another try and hope for better.

Repeat visit for me and my son. We sat at a high top in the bar area. Very energetic vibe, but not off-putting. Good service on what was a busy night. I had the broiled oysters and ribs and I was very pleased with both. My son had a very serviceable burger and fries. I will definitely return.

Lively setting but hefty pricing for food that is rather average. Had the chicken with biscuits and biscuits were way too hard.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. My friends started with a cocktail with coconut & raved about it. Bread basket was generous: bread & biscuits were good, but the gougere made it special, light & savory. Steam clams in nduja sauce was flavorful, spicy perfection. The miso Chilean sea bass was tender, juice with nice almost crispy edges. The braised lamb shank portion was generous and well prepared but the star of this dish was the grits, light, fluffy & cheesy, we could not stop eating it. The crispy baby back ribs were perfectly grilled, tender but not fall off the bones, light & crispy hush puppies; the honey mustard bbq sauce has a pleasant horseradish kick, so good. Sourdough beignets were fluffy inside & crispy out, the white chocolate sauce made it outstanding. The baked Alaska was good but we all were stuffed. Attentive service & beautiful room made this a very special dinner.

Filet was burnt. There was no molten in the molten chocolate dessert.

Thanks for the feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience at Pine Cone Ridge. It's disheartening to hear that the Filet Mignon wasn't up to your expectations and would have gladly remade it to your liking. We are also sorry to hear that the chocolate dessert wasn't as indulgent as we usually are. We strive to provide our guests with a fantastic experience and it seems we fell short this time. We appreciate your honesty and will use this as an opportunity to improve.

This is our fourth time to PCR. Our first experience was fantastic so we went back but every time we’ve visited since, it’s been just okay. When spending top dollar, one expects a top experience. Service was fine, though it seemed like the staff would rather be elsewhere. Food has been just okay vs our first visit. Fish was overcooked a bit and there were only 3 scallops in my scallop entre, also a bit overcooked. I was starving for just one more please! And after 7:30, the noise level escalated to the point of having to yell across the table, and we were not even in the main dining room. Sorry, likely won’t go again when so many other options in PC.
