   Our waitress was very helpful with the menu and answered any questions we had. She was attentive to our table large table. Our food came in a timely manner. We were very happy with our dinner at Pink Taco and would recommend it.

   I normally go to the Pink Taco in California which I love, so I was expecting the same quality here. I get that this has to be a busy location given its proximity to Times Square, but I feel like this place suffers from a lack of leadership and management. Upon walking in promptly for my 6pm reservation, I was stuck in a small space downstairs with a lot of people, one check in stand and about 3-4 employees behind it all working off of one IPAD, which seemed to be giving them some trouble. Stood there for about ten minutes with no sense of line or organization, and everyone that came in the revolving doors ended up being funneled in front of those of us that were there before them. Still no direction. No leadership. Just waiting with one employee who seemed stressed over the iPad. While in line a woman came up to one of the four employees who were standing behind the checkin stand to ask how to get a wheelchair in the restaurant. The employee with an extremely rude tone pointed to the two doors at the front and the woman had to let the employee know that there were planters placed in front of both of those doors blocking entrance for the wheelchair. Not only rude, but against code and a fire hazard. The employee then removed the planters. After-while I finally got to the front to be told we needed to check in upstairs for reservations. We proceeded up the stairs to wait in another line. Once I was sat at a table. I sat for a good while before being greeted. Finally I was greeted by a server named Roxy who asked if I had been helped and I said no. She took my order, because I had been waiting a while I just went ahead and ordered my drinks appetizer and entree all at once. To put in perspective my queso arrived before I had to stop someone randomly walking by to ask for WATER! The saving grace was the food came out quickly. I ate quickly but then had to flag someone down just to pay. I had not been checked on from the moment I ordered to having to ask for my check.

   It was our first meal in NYC and what an experience it was. Nothing was too much trouble and food was outstanding. thank you for having us Pink Taco

   The waitress was fantastic.! The food amazing, however we ordered apps - they didn’t come until our entrees. No room on the table for everything. While other tables around us got apps right away and we were there 15 minutes before those tables. They needed more wait staff - no fault of our waitress. Again - best food we had in NY. It actually was better than Nobu this visit!

    Nachos were amazing but only order them if there is a big group since the portion size is huge, enchis were just ok
