I made the reservation for a party of 8 high schoolers going to their winter formal. They placed their orders, but never received food. Left without eating and got McDonald’s before their dance.

Food was mediocre! The taste was good but the food was cold especially the fries!!! Our server Ian was good and had a great smile. Overall pinstripes is overrated

Missed our reservation by 15 min due to an accident and detour on the way. Was put on the enclosed patio at a small wobbly high top. Waitress brought drinks and took our oder then didnt see her again for 45 min to say the kitchen was behind. Food came out an hour plus after we ordered and was cold. Overall not impressed at all.

We came for Valentines day. Our table was in a very bright quiet & cold side room,so the ambiance was not what was expected. My Mom was served hot tea with no spoon,liner plate to put the teabag on,or a set of silverware. She asked our server ,and after 10 minutes had to get up to go ask for a spoon so she could drink it. Our server tried to be attentive,but I believe the tea incident was lack of training,and she was probably busy in the main dining room with other tables. Our main frustration was getting French fries with a $31. Steak [medallions). There was a fancy name for them,and I forgot to ask what it meant. I had no idea I was getting plain old fries. Very dissatisfied with that. I don't believe it's right to serve fries with an expensive steak dinner. I come from a restaurant background. This is not typical. My husband and I have always said we got one of the best steaks in Kansas City there,but this was several years ago,the last time we were there to eat. It was a single filet,so it seems the menu had changed alot. I believe I had pork chops with chutney before maybe,but it wasn't on the menu now.( I could be mistaken about the chops). At any rate,we loved the medallions and the brussel sprouts,appetizer bread/oil,and the coffee.

We went here for Valentines because I was a little late to make reservations at a place to eat. It was decent... The food here is very good, that being said, the waitress we had was having a rough night. We got seated in the garage seating place, and it wasn't ideal for Valentines Day. That being said, I still made the best of it. I just wish that the service would have been a little more up to par.

We booked for 6:30, checked in at 6:25, we asked server if she could change place as there was cold air coming. She tool drink and appetizer order and seated us in different table but did bot return for 30 minutes, we asked another server serving next table, he took out order again. Did not return to out table for minutes. We left about 70 minutes after we checked. We could not even find restaurant manager. This place used to be a reasonable place in my neighborhood. I did not know it Deteriorated in this level of service.

Reservations on open table seated us in the cold garage porch on Valentines Day. We told the manager how much he must be losing with awful service. No apology even after had to get our own silverware and they never asked how the meal was after six passes by. We watched reservations with guests that walked out.

We've been two or three times and always pleasantly surprised with how good the food has been. We'll go back.

It was valentines day and we had a reservation. The hostess did not seem to be able to find our reservation and sat us in the bar area at a high-top table. The table was a bit small and the bar area was noisy. The service was a bit slow. We thought about getting desert but got frustrated and skipped it. The drinks were small for the price. Overall, it just spoiled the special occasion.

First time I've been here and I would go back. We got sandwiches and beer. The burger and the spicy chicken sandwich (grilled version) were very good. My wife likes steak sauce with her burger, and Pinstripes makes their own, which met with her approval. Bonus - it actually came out with the meal instead of us having to ask repeatedly after the food is delivered (as often happens). Their parmesan fries are really good, too. Service got off to a slow start. It seems they operate on a team serving system, so after what we thought was our server sat us down and took our drink order, it seemed to take a long time to get her back to take our order. Luckily, the manager wandered over and took our order. I look forward to going back and taking advatantage of the activities that can go along with the great food and beverages.
