Pinzimini provides the guest with an experience of dining in a modern, energetic atmosphere while enjoying a menu featuring a variety of high-quality grilled meats, exceptional salads, and simple pastas containing accents of Tuscan-style cuisine. All meals begin with our signature Pinzimini Bread Service and Chef's amuse, which is an old Italian ritual where extra virgin olive oil is infused with rosemary, sage, oregano, garlic and/or sea salt, and is served with fresh, crusty bread for dipping.

                                                                                      Underwhelming tonight. The server was super busy. I wish the menu was larger. No interest in the buffet. For a hotel that is a dog friendly, a dog menu would be nice. ;-) I ordered a burger patty for my dog which didn’t seem to be a problem. My cocktail was delicious. I had the sushi which was pretty good, but I asked for no eel sauce. Better service and menu are needed are overall.

                                                                                      My wife and I went for dinner and our experience was very pleasant. We knew they were busy from thanksgiving dinner and that the service was going to be slow, but we were fine with that and understandable. The server comp our drinks even thou she didnt have to. The food was very tasty and the portions were just perfect. Overall our experience was very pleasant and we look forward to returning again for dinner

Lamb came out raw (but was removed from from final check), the rest of the food was cold when it finally came out of the kitchen. The wait staff was spread too thin and therefore, service took forever in a restaurant that was not crowded on a holiday.

                                                                                      We ordered the rack of lamb with a Mista starter salad- delicious! Were seated by the window next to the patio fire- terrific! But most of all, our server, Gloria, was truly outstanding! Her timeliness, execution, and care made us super glad we chose this restaurant.

                                                                                      Had breakfast on a weekday morning. My friend and I both ordered the eggs Benedict with roasted potatoes. One of the worst egg bennies I’ve ever had, and my friend agreed. The hollandaise sauce tasted like wallpaper paste. The potatoes were inedible…undercooked and were overly seasoned with cayenne.
