In February 2020, Pisac Peruvian Bistro opened its doors, striving to explode its colourful and authentic flavours to central Toronto. Its cozy and rustic atmosphere is the perfect place to savour a taste of Peru with a ceviche and pisco sour to escape.

At Pisac Bistro, we showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine using Peruvian as well as local ingredients. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Summerhill, we are a small restaurant dedicated to introducing the gastronomical experience of Peru. The blend of spices and bold piquancy may be new to some that are trying for the first time or may be reminiscent to those who have been to Peru before.

Our goal is to provide a true Peruvian experience intertwined with the passion and excitement of getting to share a slice of our culture with Canadians.

All the food was great, with the ceviche being exceptional. Service was also warm and personable. We’re looking forward to trying more dishes at our next visit!

I’ve been looking for a Legit Peruvian place downtown … and lo and behold, Pisac! Solid , authentic and great vibes!! Thanks for such a great meal and evening!

As a Peruvian this is my favourite Peruvian restaurant in the city. It’s a beautiful experience of elevated Peruvian cuisine while still staying truthful to the dishes and flavours I love. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful establishment, food was authentic and made with care, the drinks were beyond all expectations but what made our experience worth remembering was the service, true care and dedication with the outmost respect and status. Made us feel special as customers. We will definitely be returning!

We loved the food and service. We had ceviche mixto, braised lamb and peruvian rice with seafood and tres leches for dessert. Soo goooood! We'll be back

The service level is very good, the place is cozy, the food is very good but not spectacular, the chairs are quite narrow, and the prices are somewhat high. I recommend it.

As a Peruvian I am picky with the quality and flavor of Peruvian food and this place was outstanding. We had the choros, octopus tiradito, causa, ají de pollo and chupe, all of which were both true to the culture while being different enough to be unique and memorable. The chupe was a standout - spectacular. The service was also top notch, they brought us two extra bowls and a ladle because they knew we were sharing mains, which is thoughtful and speaks to their attention to service. Not cheap, but I’ve paid more for less memorable meals in Toronto. Would highly recommend.
