PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

This is a very nice place in WPB. Lunch outdoors during a nice day is fantastic. Service was outstanding. Waiters were very professional, made us feel great, and well taken care of. Other restaurants need more like them. Also, the hostess at reception area gave us a very warm welcome. Food was ok. The smallest steak I’ve ordered for a steak and eggs plate ever! Not worth the price. Bread pudding was delicious though. Would come again and avoid that plate.

Service was ok. Had to ask for several things rather than them automatically knowing they were needed. Noise level way too high to carry on an easy conversation. Will wait to visit next after season ends.

Some of the best food in all of Palm Beach County. Noise level was high but everything from the charcuterie board to main course to desserts were excellent. Will Definitely return and recommend to friends.

A celebration dinner at Pistache will be a memorable one. We were two couples and from the moment we walked in the staff was wonderful. As we were early we had drinks from the bar. When it was time for dinner , we were brought to our requested table which was in the corner by the window. I had a delicious pear, greens and toasted pecan salad and steak frite. Both were flavorful ; the steak perfectly medium rare. My husband had a charcuterie board with pate, Gruyère , and Brie to start . Next ,he had the duck confit accompanied by black rice and asparagus . For desserts which both couples shared, we had mousse au chocalat , mini Madelines and profiteroles . Our server was attentive, the noise level is low and the experience is as wonderful as it always has been on previous visits.

We were looking for a treat after a week-long conference and were not disappointed. Authentic French bistro ambiance, comfortable seating, delicious food and excellent service. It was indeed a treat!

Not the first time at this lovely place. Great food, service, and wonderful outdoor seating, and close to the theater where we went to see a play. Perfect spot.
