PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

We had an enjoyable experience sitting at the bar for dinner. We had great service from the bartenders. The food was very delicious. We enjoyed the mussels and the salmon as apps and had the duck confit and branzino for main courses. Everything was well prepared and delish. Would absolutely order the fresh branzino again! Cudos to the chefs and staff!

We had the special 3 course dinner tied to Dramaworks theater at 5:30. Very nice menu choices, including delicious escargot and authentic onion soup. Mussels and frites and chicken were also yummy. Desserts were also great! At $55 per person, it was a bargain!

This is one of our yearly stops while in Florida. We love everything about this restaurant and its a great place to enjoy good food, great service and a lovely location in Palm Beach. I highly recommend Pistache for lunch or dinner.

We always enjoy Pistache! 2 of us had moules which were great. 2 had steaks… also perfectly cooked. 2 shared escargot and said they were delicious. Cauliflower tagine an excellently prepared vegetarian selection. All desserts were top notch. Friendly bistro atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed it.
