Pitahayas restaurant opened its doors for the first time on May 21, 1995. Its unique culinary concept of Mexican Pacific Coast cuisine with local and imported products has positioned it as one of the most iconic restaurants in Los Cabos. Come and savor the variety of delicacies that Pitahayas has to offer, while enjoying a beautiful sunset under the restaurant's magnificent palapa facing the Sea of Cortez.

La Cava de Santiago, a winery located below the Restaurant, offers more than 250 different brands of wine from major producers around the world.

We are here for a second time and we are only staying for four nights. The food and service were that good.

Views are pretty and the lady who was singing was simply outstanding. I had read recent reviews about slow service but this was not the case for me, our waiter was very good and efficient. The restaurant was about 1/3 of its capacity. The food felt pricey for what is being served, the octopus was inedible, I was embarrassed to return it after just one bite, the staff did accommodate for a replacement appetizer. The fish was dry, nothing to write home about. All things considered, the good and the bad made it an average experience

The place is pretty, but the food was forgettable and overpriced. The whole meal took 3 HOURS even though the restaurant was only half full. They made multiple mistakes (brought out food we were allergic to, under- and over-cooked the meats, etc.) and kept forgetting to bring our drinks (had to remind them twice after waiting 20+ minutes for a beer). The servers were pleasant and apologetic, but couldn’t make up for the overall poor experience. Won’t be running back soon.
