I want to start off by saying, Pitch is not usually a bad experience so this was kind of out of the ordinary. The restaurant was clearly dealing with a large party on the patio that slowed things down but I would think you’re supposed to be better prepared for that and not give others a bad experience. Our service seemed to think it was no big deal. We brought a guest from out of town to our favorite spot and it took 30-45 minutes to get 3 drinks, it was almost an hour of being there before our order was taken for food, and the food took almost an hour itself. It would’ve been better if the restaurant took some responsibility but there weren’t many apologies. I’ve been in the restaurant industry myself and when you make others endure a bad experience, you try to make up for it if you want people to return.

We had a great time at Pitch the outdoor seating was perfect and the food was prime quality with a twist of creativity. Loved everything about dinning at Pitch.

we keep coming back and never disappointed. we liked a few new items on the menu since our last visit. Just a very nice place to have a great meal and relax

Server was more attentive to tables around us, seated after us. We had to flag her down to ask about when out entrees were coming out, refill on water and for the check. She never came came to check on the food and I had the wrong side with my sandwich.

We had a group of 5 on a busy Friday. Our party arrived in 2 groups starting at 5:30pm. Drinks arrived without issue and when the 2nd group arrived they got more drinks and ordered apps again without issue. When apps arrived we ordered another round and dinner at which time we noticed our server seemed a bit annoyed so we tried to cheer her up by telling her we appreciated her hustle. We realized dinner was taking forever and we had to get to an event so we told her we would need to simply box it up and go. She returned to our table and said the internet went out and our order was lost. So, we paid the expensive drinks bill and left, starving and tipsy 2 hours after we first sat down. Restaurant should have done something for us, even a small adjustment or sincere apology would have been appreciated. I won’t return. And, this is the first time I’ve ever bothered to leave a negative review of any kind because it is understandable things happen and I usually believe it’s not productive to criticize- I dine out several times weekly.

Like always the Pitch didn't disappoint. Well it has been a little while since we have visited and the buffalo cauliflower appetizer had been taken from the menu. That was a little disappointing but the service was on point, the drinks were very good, and we just had a great date night there again. The Pitch has never been too loud, and just the right seating inside. We usually just do an entree or a salad but we decided to do a pizza the first time in the years that we have been coming. It was so good. Will be doing another soon. thanks for the great night and we will see you soon

Amazing waitress! We had Breyonce and she was the best. We made a derivation and they were accommodating when I had to add two more people. Will be back and will recommend!
