Pitt Bros was Dublins first BBQ joint. Since opening in 2013, we have firmly put our stamp on the Irish BBQ scene.
We pride ourselves on using local ingredients. Our meat is premium, Irish farmed and locally butchered. At Pitt Bros we smoke over wood for up to 12hours in our custom built smokers. Our Pitt Masters have developed a unique blend of dry rubs, mops and marinades. All of our sauces and pickling is done in-house, daily – no compromises. We are passionate about authentic American BBQ.

The Pitt Bros BBQ Burger is the best burger in Dublin as far as my teenage son is concerned. Pitt Bros is a must for any city visit. The staff are excellent and attentive and the music on play adds to the vibe of the dining experience.

They gave away our table, had booking (showed up at 7 min past booking, well within the grace). They said they sat another group at our table who they thought were us. Said they were gonna resolve but didn't keep us in loop. Made us stand around and wouldn't communicate. Then another guy asked if we are a group of 4, which is what we booked for. Finally sat us but forgot about us - had to go flag down for assistance to even get water. Then order was incorrect. Finally got food and didn't bring forks and knives. Had to go chase down for that. I asked what was going on with service tonight, and they said "sorry we doing our best". And then did nothing to compensate at the end and overcharged us. They fixed that and took off the drinks so that was nice of them - moved from 1 star to 2. Food was good too, so gave an extra star for that. Oh, they also added a service charge bc we were a party of 4 but they didn't of course deserve that. Will never return nor recommend.

The food is surreal! The service is excellent and the staff attentive. We were served by Juliano, who explained the menu and recommended our orders. We left extremely satisfied with everything.

Same dish has gone up 20€ in the space of a few months, with smaller portions. 5meat combo. Overall place is over priced.

A table of three. Took a long time to get an order for food taken, even though it wasn’t that busy. The pulled pork was so dry and over cooked it turned to paste. The barbecue sauce was on the meat so long it formed a skim. Ribs were dry and the sauce over it had completely dried up. It should not have been sent out. We didn’t want to complain, the staff were very nice, just disorganised, but after we paid the bill and I checked the receipt I realised that a service charge was applied. This is bad form to put a service charge on a table of three people and still present a monitor in front of you asking what percentage of your bill you’d like to tip. Bad business practices, bad food and disorganised service. There are better ways to spend your money. Avoid

Food was average, nothing special. Waiter was useless, forgot some of my order, took ages to clear table and to get my bill. Especially as there was only like 3 other tables.

Did not disappoint! We went for the 5 meat combo and 4 sides. We got one of each meat , chips, onion rings and bone marrow mash! All the meats were amazing, perfect! The bone marrow mash stole the show for the sides. 10/10. Can’t wait to come back
