    We love Pittsburgh Blue. We are always happy with food and service. We always feel welcomed at the hostess desk. Our service Cristy is the best!! The food was excellent!! It’s one of our favorite restaurants near our house.

    Excellent overall. Food—waygu burger was fantastic. Tasty, tasty Eden valley waygu beef. Like grass fed beef used to taste. Service was exemplary. Always asked if we needed more time, no rush, but always checked in to see our progress.

    Normally, this is one of my favorite places to eat. I was there for a business lunch. My companion was a few minutes late. The waiter was there promptly to ask us if we wanted anything besides water. We said no and then took about 10 minutes to come back, which he only refilled the water and then didn’t take our order. My companion flagged him down but still then took another 10 minutes for him to get back to the table. finally he took our order and then it took about 25 minutes to get two burgers. All tolled our lunch was about an hour and 45 minutes. Additionally I paid $27 for the Wagyu burger and thought it was OK. It was very good, but it definitely didn’t warrant the extra Cost over what the regular burger would’ve been. Finally, and I know I’m being nitpicky here but the menu covers are getting a bit worn and crackled. I would think for these price points they could swap those out annually or something to continue to give that high-end feel they are going for.

    We were unnecessarily seated next to a sever station. The filet mignon had gristle and poor flavor. The chicken salad sandwich tasted like a 5 day old tuna sandwich. The good news was the server was great and the prime rib was excellent.
