   Noah was our waiter and he was soooo friendly and had a great personality. Excellent service! The food was delicious. We started with the pretzel and moved on to schnitzel and the short rib goulash. We will be going back. Glad to see Waco stepping up their food game.

   First visit to Pivovar. Had a couple appetizers and then some of our group enjoyed the goulash and pork shank. My husband and I both ordered the paprika chicken over pasta - it wasn’t very good at all. Odd tasting and was lukewarm. Definitely wouldn’t order that dish again! We did like the apple crisp with ice cream that we shared for dessert. The place wasn’t very busy at all. Not sure we will return.

   This was our first visit and we will be back! Had the pretzel for appetizer 2 people ordered the 3 sausage with sauerkraut meal (best sauerkraut I’ve tasted in many years). I had the salmon Barley Risotto, also very good. I asked for some of the glaze that was on a different salmon dish and it was delicious. I liked the dark lager true description- not heavy for a dark beer. My husband had the Vienna lager also very good. We shared the wine flight and it was mostly on the sweeter side only the red was dry, I liked them all but in case you aren’t into sweet wines I wouldn’t recommend this flight. We already made a list of what we will try next !

   The food and service were exxellent. I invited several people from out of town who had never been. They all had a great time!

   Always like to meet people at Pivovar for lunch because the food is good, quick service, easy parking, and it is quiet at lunch time PLUS I can make a reservation

   Awesome culinary experience! Close to Baylor University so very conveniently located to grab a nice cultural cuisine with family.

   Good experience overall, but has been better in the past. Burger and salmon were both on the dry/overcooked side. Brussels sprouts tasted mostly of maple syrup. European sausage platter was excellent though.

    Our party of 4 grew to a party of 6. And we arrived earlier than our reservation. No problem at all. We had a great meal. Great waiter. Efficient friendly service. Was not rushed in any way. We got to have a great visit with friends and family. We love Pivovar!
