The food is so mid, everything that is supposed to be spicy, it actually isn’t. Starter and side portions are very small and not seasoned properly. We had salami pizza and as an Italian, the salami just had something wrong. We could taste the pork way too much, makes me think it was old or stale or low quality. Pizza is just a 4/10, can’t give more than considering the tomato sauce was not good, mozzarella was so little. Not worth the money

Our waiter was excellent, I think his name was Firat. He made my daughter laugh and was very welcoming.

The staff were truly excellent and went out of their way to accommodate my very tricky dietary problems. I haven’t been to pizza east in years but it’s as buzzy, lovely and delicious as ever.

The team at Pizza Eastbdid a super job and helped celebrate my son’s birthday with 15 friends. The service was too notch. Jimmy took care of everything from start to finish. Overall, an absolute great place to have friends and enjoy delicious pizza.

The pizza quality and size has diminished significantly. This was once a very good pizza establishment and used quality fresh ingredients, however now everything tastes processed and cheap. Also the appetizers are shockingly small. They only give you 3 small mozzarella sticks that costs close to 9 pounds!!! That’s insane, and a rip off. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back, sad as it was one of my favorite casual restaurants.

The service was quite poor, no wonder a place that used to be packed is now half empty. The food was great though

We had pizza and roast chicken. The food itself was lovely. The space nice but a bit noisy with a large table sitting next to us. Service was terrible. Curt, lacking attentiveness, distracted, plates getting thrown down in front of us. We thought we might have offended someone!

Have dined here a few years ago and the food then was pretty mediocre. However I wonder if there has been a change at all, the pizzas were fresh and so packed full of flavour. There was only one server and maybe a manager? But they managed to attend everyone in a timely and efficient manner. Really recommend if you need a sure thing

Being Neapolitan myself, I can’t say I enjoyed their pizza, it was average. I was definitely expecting more, considering it’s a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. We were a party of five, and we were all disappointed. The service was also very average. The location is amazing, but if they had invested some of that money in a good pizzaiolo, it would have been much better. I’ve been living in London for several years, and there are definitely better places to eat pizza.

Overall a poor experience. The music was so loud we couldn’t have a proper conversation and the food was average at best. The only vegan option on the menu was La Vegana which was really small and boring. The staff however were very nice and friendly.
