Inspired by the best pizza of New York City and Naples, Italy. In 2005, Annie and Craig Stoll annexed the space next door to their James Beard Award winning Delfina restaurant fulfilling a long time dream of bringing Neapolitan-inspired pizzas to San Francisco. The 600 square foot space was an instant neighborhood hotspot, and Pizzeria Delfina became the ""darling of the San Francisco food scene"" opening a second location in 2008 to popular demand. In December 2013, Annie and Craig expanded into the Peninsula with Pizzeria Delfina in Burlingame. This energetic, farmers-to-table restaurant serves up Neapolitan-inspired pizza complemented by a daily-changing roster of seasonal antipasti, piatti (small entrees), beer, wine and more. A family-owned business, Pizzeria Delfina is a neighborhood establishment through and through that continues to bring people together around fresh, handmade, delicious food in a warm, casual atmosphere.

Service was above and beyond. They held our table beyond our reservation time very generously and the team was gracious from end to end.

Delicious food, great Brussel sprouts, outstanding pizza, pasta yummy and amazing eggplant parmigiana l!! Bellini a nice drink to have as well. Wait staff very attentive. Tiramisu was a perfect ending to a wonderful birthday celebration

Great food as always from the Delfina team, excellent meatballs, salads and pizza. A bit loud and not quite the same charm as the places in SF but the service and the food is comparable to the city.

Still a favorite. Spaghetti wasn’t as epic as usual. Pizza and Tricolor salad were great. Surprised not to see more Italian red wines by the glass on the menu.

The food was average. I had the chickory salad with a farm egg, which was just okay. The lettuce was quite bitter. The selection of sparkling wines was very limited and frankly, not good at all. The beer options were also disappointing. The pizza was acceptable. However, the service was outstanding and it made up for the food.

Such a great anniversary dinner. Manager brought a heat lamp to our outside table, the waiter was kind and funny, the hen in woods pizza and sides great. Lovely wine. Couldn’t ask for more!! Thank you

Definitely a fun place to be at! Our server was sweet, understanding and oh so patient! Breadstick was delicious - crunchy and just right! Our apps were the Burrata and cold cut meats. We mixed the fig, burrata and the meat together! Yummy! Promise to myself is to come back for the fungi mushroom pizza!
