   Had a reservation set for 7:15. Restaurant was quiet and not busy. Specifically picked here because so many open reservations on the app - we wanted to get in and out. There were not a lot of patrons when we walked in. After being seated outside; we waited 8 minutes before the waiter was able to come by. During this time, 4 different employees verbally look at us (waiter, staff that brought out food and the hostess) as we sat and waited. We almost got up to leave but the waiter came by; he was nice and took our drink orders. My husband's old fashion was great. We placed 2 orders for appetizers & entrees and the starters came out relatively quickly. 20 minutes went by after we had finished the starter and the waiter brought a cup of the clam chowder and explained 2 large parties, one of 16 and another one bigger than 5 walked in and our orders were put in the same time as theirs. We had to wait an additional 10 mins after he let us know that. While the cup of soup was nice, I expected the manager to come by as this was a big enough deal for him to acknowledged with the soup. Food was great. The menu has been significantly reduced; some of my favorite items were gone.

   We ordered quite a few appetizers and meals, and every single thing they brought to the table was above and beyond! Great flavors great service, and great time!

   Saturday was our first trek to Plan Provisions and it was TERRIFIC. The ambience / noise was great (ie.. not too quiet or noisy), drinks and food were top notch, and the staff were a pleasure (ie.. each being very knowledgeable and highly personable). We will definitely work Plank Provisions into our preferred restaurants of choice. Ben

   They were not clicking on all cylinders tonight - decided to give them another try. Sat at the bar ordered a glass of wine and espresso martini, male bartender with glasses seemed to be somewhere else and a bit upset as he seemed to be doin all the work as the female bartender stood in the bar talking to the hostess as he made drinks. We then went to host stand to get our table and had to wait for the young lady to stop talking to the bartender to come seat us. We had redfish it was good and a shrimp poor boy not so good- shrimp were cold and definitely not crisp. Waitress was good but again seemed more interested in standing in the kitchen area talking to I guess the manager and other waiters. Wife asked for some mayo when her sandwich arrived to be told when we asked for the check we don’t have mayo??- So many other places to choose from and they were not that busy. Probably would not go back again

   We loved the happy hour menu- amazing food, great service, and options for everyone in our party. We never ran out of water or felt neglected… nor did we feel pestered. Spot on and can’t wait to go back! (Bonus- they except InKind)

   The place is pretty nice and inside ambience is pretty cool. However the food is 3 out of 5.

    Our server Cam was the best server I’ve ever had in a restaurant, food was excellent, and drinks were delicious. This place deserves every 5 star review it gets. We’ll be back!
