   Service was very slow at first, but the waitress explained it was just her bc the other one called in. Made reservations for a Sunday night and it was not packed at all. Not a very big menu for food or drinks but it was good.

   The food is not good, some menu items aren’t available, drink was good but waitress wasn’t too knowledgeable or not used to questions regarding drinks. Our table wasn’t ready and more importantly I didn’t get a disclosure regarding the deposit will be refunded and full tab was due. The waitress had to go figure out why $175 wasn’t on our tab as a credit when that’s what was told to us for the deposit. Overall not a good experience

   Awful experience. Only redeeming quality was kindness of our server. Furniture was torn and in disrepair. Music was so loud a conversation was impossible (and the lyrics were vulgar and inappropriate). My husband ordered a ribeye. A piece of sliced meat was brought to him that was thin. My lamb chops were not tender. Brussels sprouts were ahhhmazing tho! Our server brought us cocktail napkins when we requested napkins. Later he brought one cloth napkin saying they had no others and handed it to my husband. Our bill (with no cocktails ) was $260 and fast food would have been a better Experience

   Not Impressed at All I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Considering we had to pay a deposit for the reservation and adhere to a dress code, I expected a more elegant dinner, but it was far from that. Firstly, the seating was in poor condition, with holes and torn backs. Secondly, an item on their digital menu was marked as a new addition, but we were told they didn't have it, even though we arrived right when dinner service began. Despite arriving early, we waited an excessively long time for our food, while other guests who arrived after us were served more promptly. The dress code was not enforced consistently, as some guests were seated inside wearing running shorts, beach attire, and tank tops. Additionally, there was only one waiter covering the entire floor, which impacted the overall service quality. To top it off, I had informed them that it was a birthday dinner, yet there was no acknowledgment or effort to make the occasion special. I would not recommend this place for a birthday dinner if you're expecting something nice and elegant.

   Food was delicious. Very well seasoned. Loved the jerk chicken pasta for a party of two. We spent a total of 220. Pricey but good.

   The worst food I ever had in my life!! My boyfriend and I grabbed dinner here and it was a regret. Not only was the food like warm but my teriyaki salmon tasted like barbecue sauce. The oyster Rockefeller had little oyster more tomatoes sauce and cheese. My boyfriend said his steak tasted like Waffle House. The service was even trash. No one greeted us at the door. The $600 bill was icing on the cake. Just for looks not for food.

   Did not have a good experience at Playa for my birthday. We waited oddly at the front because no reservation/seating attendants were present. Drinks were good. However food was not cooked as requested and my guest had hair in her pasta. And 1 pasta was very undercooked. Noodles were hard (not adente) Server was not apologetic and had very long periods before coming back to check on us.

   We were seated fast … my boyfriend ordered lamb chops and Russel sprouts and I had the teriyaki salmon and it was amazing . Didn’t try drinks since we had drinks before going . The ambiance is more for groups not too much for a date . We celebrated his birthday so we felt comfortable with the loud music BUT I can see how it can be a little too much for q dinner scene . Over all a 4 .

    We got seated and waited a good 20 mins for someone to get us a drink. If I would never had a called for a waiter we would’ve waited a longer. The drinks were trash. Food is good. Tables felt dirty . Idk I didn’t like my experience
