Two-storey wine parlour with a rotating list of 70 sparkling and still wines alongside sharing plates inspired by world travel. Find your next prosecco or explore the weird and wonderful world of sparkling.

'A safe place to explore the unusual' Financial Times

Run by wine importer and events company Grays and Feather, the parlour is split over two very different floors including outdoor seating, with a focus on exploring wine production and flavour and pushing understanding further. The well known and greatest hits sit alongside the road less travelled.

Absolute incredible experience for our group . The interior was beautiful, wine was fantastic and our server Marisa was superb, incredibly knowledgable and brought a warmth to our evening. Will certainly be returning.

We had the most amazing small plates of food I’ve ever had, the cauliflower with capers was absolutely outstanding and we had to order a second dish it was so delicious

My friend & I had a fabulous lunch at Plume. The food was fantastic & the Wine amazing but probably the best part of the experience were the Staff. They were so friendly & helpful. We sat upstairs at Street level but there is a downstairs area which looked very cosy & I imagine is quite lively in the evenings

Our second visit - absolutely perfect! Great staff, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Food is great - the sharer chips are on another level!

My sister and I had a lovely experience at Plume. The wine and food was lovely and the service from from Jess and Ella was exemplary. In fact, the whole team was very accommodating and seated us in the very atmospheric snug area. It was a very enjoyable end to my sister’s birthday.

The place is beautiful and the service was nice, they are accommodating and lovely. the wine selection was nicely presented but it was quite pricey compared to other wine bars.

Lovely place for a drink and a snack. Wines are niche and good, not your run of the mill SB or PG! Food is well though out and portions a nice size for sharing. Staff are attentive and informative. Love the quirkiness of the decor.
