    Our server, Chris, was excellent, very personable and professional at the same time. Food as usual, delicious and portions good. One of my favourite places to dine!!

    We came here again as we had a nice time previous and good food. This time the service was a bit off. They forgot our soup and were not as attentive. The food was good overall and we enjoyed it. We will return again as this was maybe an off day.

    I have eaten here many times before and find it extremely enjoyable. The food is delicious and the chef surprises his or her customers with delectable, reasonably priced specials. They are also artistically, presented. The service is great and especially the servers. They provide prompt service and they cater to your every need. A delightful experience and thoroughly enjoyable! Always, looking forward to future visits. To ensure you get seated, make sure to make a reservation as they fill up fast and, sadly, they are only open from 5-10pm.

    I was very disappointed with this dining experience. The guy (don't know his name) that served us on Feb 19 around 7pm was very rude. He did not talk to us much and never asked us if we need anything during the dinner. I think it was because we are Asian as he was very nice to other customers (white people). There as a server named Ann was very nice and she served us a bit during our dinner time. We did not want to have superior service but the money we are paying for was not worth with an autitude like this. I hope managment team can pay attention to this. No matter what country you are from, we should treat with respect. We did gave the full tip but we will not return for another time.

    Not the first time dining at Ponte Vecchio, and won't be our last! Simply amazing, staff is always polite and provided an amazing experience. The food is always amazing! Shoutout to the kitchen for such a great meal.

    This is one of my favorite places for Italian food. All their dishes are awsome and cooked to perfection. The waitresses are freindly and ambiance is very romantic, and or sexy if you will.great place to eat. not the most economiocal , but you get whaat you pay for.
