Valentines Day, you generally do not expect top rated service due to the large number of people going out for dinner. However, Portofino came through with exceptional service and food quality that was above and beyond.

One of the best overall restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area. Tables were far enough apart where you could easily get in and out without disturbing the tables around you. Food and service were outstanding. Nick was our waiter was great. Took care of all our needs without being intrusive. A very good value for an upscale establishment.

Nice place for a romatic dinner for two or to meet with friends. Truly authentic Italian. Good food, good time.

First time eating there and it was outstanding. The lasagna was absolutely delicious. We will definitely go back. 5 stars !

Best meal that we had in Myrtle Beach. Valentines Day and had a great experience. Waiter was super attentive and location convenient.

This was my first experience at Portofino Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar, and they hit a HOME RUN by touching all of the bases with EXCELLENT ratings for FOOD, SERVICE, AMBIENCE, and VALUE! I ordered the PORTOFINO'S ALFREDO with Chicken, which was delicious. I normally finish the meal I order, but this dish had more Linguine with cremini mushrooms, peas, Italian "bacon" in a creamy Alfredo sauce, and Chicken that I could not finish. I had to take approximately 1/3 of the dish home. Our server, Nick, did an excellent job meeting all 6 of my party's needs. Our table was located in an alcove off the main dining room, allowing us to have conversations without having to compete with other diners. As for Value, I was more than pleased to finish my Dinner for Lunch today. Hopefully, you will have a similar experience.
