   The service and ambiance were perfect. thank you for the great service experience. Food on the other hand very disappointing. We took the tasting menu. I have to be honest and say that my expectations were pretty high knowing Helena through different cooking shows. Most plates lacked seasaning. The oesters were fresh but the vinaigrette overwhelmed them. La mise en bouche of tuna tasted only of soy sauce. It could have been chicken. Ceviche de loup de mer, the best plate of the evening just a little more salt to really taste the fish. The main course sadly got worse, espadon unevenly cooked, some parts were dry others not cook enough. The filet mignon was well done what a waiste of meat. The steak I had to mention it, they offered to redo it, but at this point it would not have made a difference. Desserts, ouf, it was also underwhelming, I kept on hoping it would get better. A plate of two mini pasteis de nata good, two dry peace of cake like it was left on the counter too long. We could not eat it. Big plate of Creme brûlée not up to par. They offered a porto on the house, but it did not compensate for the food experience. I am portuguese and I am really proud of chefs like Helena, sadly I don’t think my experience with the food at Portus was at the level of Helena. The silver lining was the wine pairing, the wines were amazing. Thank you Fanny and Miguel for the great service. I don’t know if I will give Portus another chance, because suppers at 600$ not everyday. It was my birthday supper. In all honesty Sandra Marques

   Tout était parfait, c’était une première pour mes amis mais ils ont apprécié. Un grand merci à notre serveur le marocain j’ai pas gardé son nom malheureusement, C’est la deuxième fois qu’il s’occupe de nous et à chaque fois c’est un service A1. Vous avez une bonne ressource de valeur, je suis gestionnaire je sais de quoi je parle. Merci

   C’était une réservation à l’avance et m’a pas donner ce que je veux proche du vitre et en plus j’ai vu qu’il y a des tables après 10 minutes sont libres et j’ai demandé quand même de changer ils m’ont dit que des gens étaient déjà pris et personne n’est venu c’est plate alors c’était le début et j’étais vraiment déçu car c’était une célébration spécial

   Le rapport qualité-Prix n'en vaut pas la peine. La viande qui est présentée comme du filet mignon est une bavette. Tout y est excessivement cher. On paye pour la vue! La nourriture n'est pas bonne. En plus on a pas le droit de recommander une fois qu'on a passé sa commande. L'autre chose qui nous a dérangé, le serveur essayait toujours de nous faire payer plus cher. C'est de l'arnaque!

   Beautiful romantic ambiance perfect for special occasions. Service is attentive, and friendly. Food is delicious. And the chef made us feel special for our wedding anniversary🥰😍
