Amazing food and service. Such a beautiful spot and everyone was so friendly. Just wish they had more wines by the glass and menu was not a set price. A full bottle wine and set menu (one restaurant is 3 course fondue and second restaurant is set 4 course dinner) was too much alcohol and food for us and due to the very high price you feel obligated to eat everything you can and leave overstuffed. We still left a lot of food which feels like a waste.

The food was excellent, and the ambiance was as well - but the best part of our experience was the service. Chetin, the head sommelier, was so knowledgeable and charismatic. Would definitely come again!

Food was amazing. Highest quality ingredients, prepared impeccably and matched with brilliantly conceived sauces. Service was top notch and my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The wine, oh the wine! If you have a chance to do a tasting in the fabulous wine cellar at The Post, don’t miss the opportunity . There are few places in Alberta where you will have an opportunity to drink a wine older than yourself 😉 Knowledgeable stewards guide you through pairings and sharings making it a truly unique experience for any oenophile.

Good atmosphere but the service left a bit to be desired. The waiter was friendly and warm but dishes came out in the wrong sequence and were often cold and had clearly been sitting around for a while (thick skin on sauces, etc.). We asked for coffee with dessert and then coffee came out 10min early and when we asked for a second coffee to go with dessert that took another 10min and we were already done with our dishes. It’s little stuff but for the price and what they are trying to be, they should be on top of these finer details.

We enjoyed a beautiful Christmas Dinner. The cuisine is creative and perfectly prepared. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We did not have a bad bite, at the Post during our stay.
