   The charred octopus was delicious, perfectly cooked. The squid ink pasta was a perfect match. The caccio e pepe was heavenly and the scallop dish with butternut squash risotto was superb. Kudos to the chef! Service was impeccable. Glad got there early to enjoy the delicious meal because it got a little too loud when they got busy. A must experience when in Houston.

   Went for dinner before a Broadway show at the Hobby Center. Delicious Italian cooking. Nice wine selection. Authentic Italian food. Waiters & hostess were so pleasant and happy. Great experience!!

   Everything was exceptional. Appetizers, entrees, desserts, drinks. Make sure you try the spaghetti on your first visit. Service was the best I have ever had anywhere. Special thanks to Rodney for making our experience perfect. I would definitely recommend getting a table in his section.

   Bery few restaurants where after the meal, I wouldn’t change a thing - Potente is that restaurant.

   The food was amazing!! Started with caviar, followed by soup with lobster. Entrees were truffle pasta and wagyu beef with lobster risotto. Delicious! Highly recommend.

   Bar staff were super friendly and made really good cocktails. The sommelier pointed us in a great direction for red and white and didn’t simply recommend the higher priced bottles. The table staff were excellent and just as engaging as you would want. And the food…difficult to fault.

    Hands down, the best experience we've had in Houston, and we've been here 8 years. We felt like family and can't wait to go back!! Hugs were given as we left. Family!! Jose and Andrea were the BEST!!
