Horrible experience. Food took nearly an hour after placing our order. Waitress offered 15% off our bill as courtesy but still doesn’t make up for our poor experience. Not sure how this place can survive doing this but it’s the only sit-down option available at the Polynesian Cultural Center aside from the luau or buffet. Would suggest going with the food truck options instead…

Food was MEH…. Moco Loco meal was nothing to write home about. I asked for over easy eggs and medium rare burger- received over hard and well done burger. Waitress never asked us how our meal was. Waitress never offered refills on our water or sodas. After we left, we reviewed bill and found that they charged us 20% gratuity (party of 6) but server never told us about it when she left the bill, so we inadvertently gave another tip on top of that. Wouldn’t eat here again.

We had a great experience at Pounders. Mango Pizza was delicious along with the Shrimp Tacos. Service was good! We sat outside so we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Pizza and pasta was good but shrimp was not great and overpriced for the amount.

I made a reservation for a day that the restaurant isn't even open. Neither Open Table nor the restaurant itself bothered to inform me of that fact, so our 15 year wedding anniversary was ruined.

Ordered surf and turf meal , sliced sirloin steak paired with garlic shrimp, white rice and half sliced avocado. Received it with crunchy half cooked rice and too much rice like it was a lunch plate, was cold when we received it, with no avocado. Not really not appeasing and does not match. Coffee served warm Asked 3x for hot water which was finally served to the rim of a of a mug that it spilled on the table when the server brought it. lol. Smoked Marlin Dip was good Chinese Chicken Salad good Service was good, just keep forgetting the hot water (cause the coffee was served warm) Only have cookies and ice cream for dessert so did not order but went to the ice cream kiosk next door instead. Serving the food was a little slow there it appears that the food was siting under the warmer longer?
